Compac 23 for Sale
Hi guys, well it is finally time to sell. I have been working on Class Act for most of the year, and I think she is ready for a new owner. She differs from other 23s in that she has:
CQR with chain rode in front,
Harken furler with Roller Furling Jib with UV guard.
Mid boom sheeting
VHF/Stereo/Solar with 200 A-Hours (two batteries)
2.5 ft draft (modified foil rudder)
Bedford Portapotty- flushable for about 30 times before dumping.
Sink, New Alcholol stove The big one that is non pressurized. Best for small boats IMHO

Electric tiller self steering
Sheet to tiller steering set up
Barometer, temperature and Ships Clock
Speedometer and Depth meter
Compass at helm.
12 volt system: Solar charger, outlets, pump for water, bilge pump.
Pressurized water (cold)
110 volt system: outlets, battery charger, Marine electric cord to hook up at dockside.
Its axillary is a 9.9 hp Honda with generator. Very dependable and rebuilt.
The standing rigging is all new, the running rigging is serviceable for a few more years.
New bottom paint, topsides. The Brightwork has been maintained and she is ready to sail. I have always babied her and bought the best for my boat. Will deliver for 1 dollar a mile. Pictures can be seen at KSL.com Classified (Salling Sports) or in the Classified area of Cruisers Forum.
Newt - so what happened with your 40 project? Last we heard you were looking for an East Coast slip or mooring.

Hi Wes,
Still adding on to the Valiant. Put AIS and new sail on her this year. Solar and AM/FM radio next year. Still haven't retired enough to bring her around and thru the canal.
Still for sail. No nibbles yet but I am a patient man.

Sold her with out the outboard for 8 k. Out board for sale at 1.4 k has alternator and setup to battery.
