That is is the same one I posted a link for in Craigslist a few weeks ago.  I guess he never sold it

It's very hard to sell anything in Pa without a title, I learned the hard way to never buy anything again with out a title in the persons name of who you are buying it from.  As far as Pa is concerned, if your name isn't on the title, you don't own it, and therefore you can't sell it because it doesn't legally belong to you...

if this boat could be had for a pittance, it could be converted to a micro-trawler and register it as a salvaged or home built, maybe?

I guess the bottom line is if I don't have the title then someone else might. Which means the boat belongs to them. I'll pass. Too bad but I'm still looking.
