Title: the perfect daytrip
Post by: InertBert on May 01, 2013, 04:50:50 PM
To celebrate summer, I took my wife and a few good friends out on the gulf.  Its amazing how much fun you can fit into a single day, and how many people I can fit into a tiny boat.

Our wildlife total for the day was one manatee, two sharks, two sea turtles, one pufferfish, and three zillion rays.  We also happened across a Tern with a fish hook through its mouth and wing.  We did some field surgery on the poor fella without even saying thanks.

Sunset, time to head back toward the channel.
