Title: Locctite PL S40 bedding deck hardware?
Post by: davidkinzie on April 29, 2013, 11:10:56 PM
Hello all,

Does anyone have experience using this Locctite PL S40 polyurethane either bedding deck hardware or otherwise?

Tensile strength 350 psi.
Elongation 800%.
Movement capability 25%.

Not specifically stated as UV protected but claims to not soften in sun.

Thanks,
Dave.

Have not used it.
This article has me convinced in the use of butyl tape.
For me the greatest selling point is that it does not harden or cure, so future removal is easy.
