Fantastic looking boat, from the hull to the cabin and sails.
Those tanbark sails probably at a premium price I bet, also 7 coats of barrier coat are quite an expensive bottom
job ; I know because I priced out the current rate from about 5 marine service shops and even at 2-3 coats they charge
about $2000 without delamination/blister/osmosis repair. I however apparently has to "have it done right" by a fiberglass
boat production veteran that had to have my bottom air-filed down past the gelcoat all the way to the laid-up cloth lamonate.
He did production process relamination to all weak or impact spots, then more polyester resin/gelcoat layers, them the barrier coat
layers, then the bottom paint -- $4200 all said and done !
Let buyers know this is the life extending job of all jobs to put value on a boat!

I do wish I could move up to a 23..... would have to sell my 19 first.

Mac:
Even though, numerically, a 23 is only 4 feet longer than a 19, they are completely different boats. Over 3000 lbs. compared to your 2000 lbs. Much different underbody which has been discussed elsewhere on this site so I won't reitterate. They have a quite different feel under sail. Personally, I like the feel of the 23...additional weight plus she has more initiall heel than the 19.  But, hey...can you go wrong with either one? Nay, I say, nay.
