Congratulations Mike and Brenda. Best wishes to the new couple starting a new chapter in their lives. The youngest of my three sons was married this past June, so now all three married to wonderful women, first grandchild is here and hoping for more.

I too have only one daughter and, as I previously mentioned here on the site, she's coming up from Florida with a boyfriend "that it's time for me to meet." Hmmm. Again, congratulations and grog to many happy years and grandchildren!!!

Surprisingly it was my first and only drink from the bar. (Didn't even finish it.). I'm not embarassed to say that the flush on my face was from the emotions that got the best of me all night. I don't know why, but I kept drinking ice water until the very end when a good friend snuck some Drambuie aboard for a private toast. That was sweet!
