Go to This Post (http://com-pacowners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2532#2532) over in the Help section, and put your name in as a reply.
Forum Membership is not required to post in the Help section. When an Admin sees your name in that thread, they'll know about your log in problem, and will be able to get it fixed for you fairly quickly.
