Skip,

How/what did you use on the seat backs as a cushion?  I would be interested in reading about that project too.

I bought four So Pac closed foam cushions from West Marine, [ So Pac based in Austrialia went out of business ] And cut one in half. Masked and sprayed on 3M-Spray Adhesive on both the cockpit and the cushions. Let it tack-up and stuck them on. Than found the pockets for the tiller minder and cut that foam away. The other three I use to sit on, having one in reserve that I scrunch up into the aft or fwd end of the cockpit if deemed necessary for maximum comfort. That was about six or seven years ago.
