So now that I can post pictures, I thought I would post a before and after.

This was the day after I picked her up. She got a small bath from the massive rain storm I towed her home in, and the fenders are off because these are the tires I had to buy from that blow out and not finding the right size.
It was a adventure for sure.

Much better after a 2 week solid work schedule. Lots of neighbors watching intently as we worked dilegently on her, cleaning and compound, wax, etc to get her ready for launch day.

In the water finally!
And boy is it fun! (and a lot less work that the 2 weeks we spent on her!)

Here, I found a pic before I left, right after I blew a tire and was ready to take off again, took these pics so I had pics for my insurance agent.
I emailed him these on my phone and then home bound!

Very nice, Mac:
They always look so much better in the water, eh? All the work you put into her really shows. She was quite a mess when you first bought her, huh?

Get yourself a 'vinyl coated' anchor chain so it holds an arc on deck.
Good work!
skip.
Very nice Jason. You have a sailboat to be proud of now. You'll be a twin to Crazy Carl's 19 during the CLR. Time to sail her now!
Mike
Looks real nice. Good job! Now, enjoy!
