Gabi--I have one that is the right size for a CP19.  I'm afraid it won't work for you as the chord depth on either rudder are quite different.  The CP19 is almost twice the weight thus the rudder is both longer and wider.

Not sure what search engine you're using, but here's a site with the shape listed as well as the calcs leading up to the shape.

http://www.ppart.de/aerodynamics/profiles/NACA4.html

Another site with information you need to know to proceed:   http://www.boat-links.com/foilfaq.html

If all fails, send a private message to Doug142..pretty sure he has the template you need or can make one for a nominal charge.

You know Gabi, I bet if we used a copier and shrunk down the shape of my foil to match your chord depth, it would work. If one had a copier that could reduce by 1% increments, that may just be the ticket.
Any second opinions on this?

Lemme know if you want a tracing of the larger shape. I could probably scan it and email it to you and let you tinker with the size.
