Interior includes original seat cushions in good condition, propane gas burner stove and sink,  all electrical systems working.   Two storage areas under the cushions in the V-berth.  Has sleeping space for 4 (2 in the V-Berth, 2 in the seating area).  Companionway hatch is Plexiglas for improved interior lighting.   All USCG safety equipment included (fire extinguisher, flares, and floatation devices) and the boat was USCG safety certified in 2011.

Cockpit includes teak decking, cockpit cushions in good condition, two lockable lazerettes.  All lines lead to cockpit for easy single handing.  Fold out swim ladder with teak steps.  Includes a full set of docking lines and fenders, life jackets and assorted spare parts.  All bright work refinished in 2010.

Both trailer and boat have current PA titles, owner's manuals and maintenance documentation.  Trailer is single axle with 2 new (2010) tires and 2 spares.  Spare tire holder as well as two support jacks for the tongue (one rolling, one fixed) for better storage stability.  Trailer takes a 2” hitch ball.  Bottom paint redone 2009 and boat was waxed before launch this year.   Includes a 6 hp Johnson outboard engine.  In 2010 and 2011 it was professionally serviced and new starter cord was installed this spring.

“Livin’ R Dream” is an excellent sailing craft; very stable and easily set up and stepped down.  Great for over nighting or day sailing, fishing or as a family swim platform.   The boat is currently at Lake Nockamixon Marina.

Wench covers? I won't go anywhere with that one. I caught that but, no admitting to be a gentleman, I didn't say anything either. I'm sure my posts are full of misspellingz and teh such.
Sounds like a nice boat.

good for you!  do you have a replacement boat?    we had the opportunity to come down to nockamixon  in the late fall - met Marty and sailed his  compac 16  -  the docks were empty, and the lake was deserted - all of the leaves were gone, but we had a great time with Marty, and it was nice to get out on the lake again after many years away from the area.   jt
