Title: 1988 Com-Pac 19/3 for Sale: "Juggernaut"

• Keel in good condition with no blistering but will need to be repainted
• Boom is straight with pulleys, cleats, etc. in good working order
• No cracks in fiberglass and deck in excellent condition
• Mainsail, jib and genoa in good condition with wax
• Cabin in very good condition - no musty smell or water damage
• Rub rail in good condition with no scuff marks
• Overall no signs of collision, dents, damage, etc., just needs a bit of sprucing up (wood re-oiled, brass port holes shined, new striping tape, possibly some new ropes)
• Missing the cabin door and one cushion below
• Clean title, original owners manual, and marine survey dated from 2-5-05 that indicates a "present market value" of $7,000 with notes showing "this vessel is found to be well-maintained and in above average condition and in usable status"
• HIN is ABV00443H788, the first 19/3 manufactured (see table in this forum at http://cpyoa.geekworkshosting.com/forum/index.php?topic=4369.0)
• Please note that NO TRAILER comes with this boat

Seems like a really good deal, but how can the cabin be air tight if it is missing a cabin door?

Wow, okay. Well, I will edit the ad and just let you know that we have it sealed up and that it does not smell musty or moldy or have any sort of water damage.

I'm sorry I wasn't trying to be a wiseguy. I think even with out a drop board the boat is a good deal. I was just confused with the wording in your add.
