Title: Prop size
Post by: thedavo on April 22, 2005, 06:30:14 AM
My 27/2 has the smaller ten horsepower Universal diesel (they call it the M-12). Does anyone else have this motor and what size is your prop? I'm looking into a Flex-O-Fold three blade and I would like to know the parameters so I can get some sort of fix on the cost of one of these things. Thank you. Dave.

Don't be afraid to email Com-Pac and ask. They are real good at responding quickly and with good information.

Title: prop/shaft size

thedave;

If/when you get info from Com-pac, please post.  I've been considering the same upgrade to a feathering 3-blade prop, and was going to call Jerry (at Hutchins) to find out the shaft size on the M-12 outdrive.

Thanks

Dave;

Did you get any information on props, shaft size, pitch, (anything on engine rpm range) if/when you contacted COM PAC?
