We purchased 344 - 1985 23' on labor day 2010 in Virginia Beach - today we splashed her, sailed her on and off the dock 3 times - no blood - no crashes. I have alot to learn.
Today was a good day!

Congrats!
I have #321...a slightly older sister to yours. Do you sail in Virginia Beach? I'm up here in the South of NJ and waiting for spring. Any photos of your boat? Here is mine:

I have pics - however i have not reached your techno level of posting - I will try to get that done in the near future - we live south of Raleigh toward Pinehurst, NC - planning on the majority of our sailing to be between Wilmington, NC and New Bern, NC starting in May. Heavy concentration in the Beaufort - Ocrakroke areas. We also have a Lake Erie trip (Port Clinton area) trip planned for Mid June 2011 - love the trailer option. Appears that we will make our second trip tommorow with mid 70's and 15-20 winds in Raleigh.
I enjoy this site - gives me lots to think and learn about.
Sounds great. I have an uncle in Wilminton; if I ever get down to see him, I'll give you a heads up. On your way to Lake Erie, feel free to stop in NJ for a cold one and a sail aboard my 23.
Somewhere on this site are detailed instructions on posting photos from Photobucket. If I can find 'em, I post them here.
