We're selling our Nauticat 36 to get a smaller boat and to get into the housing market. Anyone looking to move up? I'm most partial to the Compac 19 and 23, but am open-minded.

Yeah, I'll trade my 23 for your Nauticat. I won't even ask for any cash compensation from you...what a guy! Second thought...no I won't; sorry.

Thanks - she is a great boat. We're not happy to be selling her. At the same time, we can't retire to a sailboat... or at least my wife won't...
