How do you size an image to comply with the avitar requirements.

I use Imagemagick.  Kurt uses GIMP.  Imagemagick is easier to use for this purpose.

These are both free and I think both are available for the PC.  Both Kurt and I don't use software from the evil empire in Redmond.
