The first man married a woman from PENNSYLVANIA . He told her that she was to do the dishes and house cleaning. It took a couple of days, but on the third day, he came home to see a clean house and dishes washed and put away.
The second man married a woman from TEXAS . He gave his wife orders that she was to do all the cleaning, dishes and the cooking. The first day he didn't see any results, but the next day he saw it was better. By the third day, he saw his house was clean, the dishes were done and there was a huge dinner on the table.
The third man married a girl from WISCONSIN . He ordered her to keep the house cleaned, dishes washed, lawn mowed, laundry washed, and hot meals on the table for every meal. He said the first day he didn't see anything, the second day he didn't see anything but by the third day, some of the swelling had gone down and he could see a little out of his left eye, and his arm was healed enough that he could fix himself a sandwich and load the dishwasher. He still has some difficulty when he urinates.
Maybe I won't surprise my Wisconsin wife.

Very Nice boat! I like the galley too. Nice use of space if the bunk is not going to be used.
Greene--I have an "angle" to attack this from if you're serious about the boat. My wife and yours are connected on Facebook.
Perhaps my wife Becky can drop her a few photos of our 19 as encouragement? I can ask Becky to mention that "she heard that you guys found a nice 19 for sale" and tell her stories how hard I looked and how lucky we were to have found one in such nice shape. And that is not an exageration by any stretch. If I hadn't bought Island Time in November, I would be interested in this one. Let me know if you would like me to ask Becky to help you out here...I can say with certainty that CP19's in very nice shape are quite hard to find. This one will sell quickly I suspect.

Actually Brenda is as excited about moving up to a 19 footer as I am. Unfortunately with the the second kid still in college (and number 3 about to enter college) we will be looking for something a little less expensive.
Shhhh, maybe Becky could push just a little.
lol...I wouldn't say anything here that I wouldn't tell someone in person! No tricks here...just the plain 'ole fashioned truth about finding a CP19 in GOOD shape. OK, and a little social networking thrown in for good measure. :)
If you don't have the boat by July I'll let you guys sail my 19 at Carlyle.

David, did you ever sell your 1997 CP19?
Nice looking boat, very well maintained....I like your winter storage cover, and the 5' extension on your trailer tongue. We decided to drop some cash into our CP16, and keep her for another season or two and then move up to another 19. Good luck with your sale, a clean boat like that shouldn't be on the market long.
Salty: I totally understand where you are coming from, we had three in college, 2 have finished, left the nest and are now flying solo. Number 3 is working his final internship for a local coastal magizine here in NC. I do see another 19 in our future but we will have to wait just a little longer.
