skip took this picture at The All SailBoat Show, Navy Pier-Chicago
I think the show is coming up again 2nd week of February?
We make it into a Friday-Saturday and home on Sunday event.
I think this is the discount model that comes without a mast. I've heard that the upwind performance really suffers from this arrangement.
Thanks Skip, just what I needed in the middle of a boring afternoon at work...a little porn...on to 5:00PM
Now I know I'll be in Chicago ,,we're all taking the train up from STL..............................thanks Rob
When at this show I tailed the Hunter salesmen as they walked the show. Everyboat they went on, I went on. When it came to board this Com-Pac 27 in the photo uploaded I said nothing and listened to all they said among themselves...the fly on the wall heard the Hunter guys heaping praise on the construction, fit and finish of the Com-Pac 27. Truly a beautiful vessel.
I simply can not fathom the 'space ship' look of the dog house on top of the deck. Not my cup of tea. It's probably an OK boat but not a traditional OK boat. I do like the port/starboard double birth under the cockpit sole [soule?].

Kind of space ship looking.

Where the mice run amok.

Very sparse and unappealing looking.

Who puts sky lights in a dog house?

And cuties like this on board. Are we sailors or vacationers?

And then this ugly rear end...
Verses...The Com-Pac 27 here is it's older original layout. Nice.
