[Hi, I would like to sell my 1984 Compac 23.  It's in great condition, with teak rails/eyebrows, etc. newly restored.  I have a Tohatsu 8 HP 2-stroke outboard very reliable, recently tuned engine that is 10 yrs old, with little useage, especially in the last 3 years. The sails, are original, 130 jenny and a hank on that I've never used.  I'm very attached to this boat, thus my reason for posting on this web site for those who appreciate these great cruisers, as opposed to Craig's list.  Also:

-  Sail and tiller cover is new looking, I have washed it several times
-  I replaced the original anchor chain to a larger chain.
-  My boat has stainless steel bow/stern and lifeline stanchions unlike older models
-  There are six large opening round cabin bronze portlights
-  Aluminum rudder with kick-up blade and lock down pin
-  Jiffy reefing mainsail
-  Standard VHF radio
-  It's trailable, drawing 2'3"
-  Cockpit shade
