I put her in the 28' side of my shop. I moved the front post of the trailer toward the hitch to add weight to the hitch, then I slid the wheels forward, then moved the post forward again. I ended up only having about 3 feet of tongue ahead of the bow. With a 20' boat, that makes for a 23' package.

I had the larger 14" wheels on the trailer and thought I'd have to put a set of tiny 8" wheels on, but the approach to the shop is lower than the shop floor by a bit, and that angle kept the aft pulpit low enough to slip under the raised door, then the wheels passed the door (my total height at the wheels was about 93") and finally the front pulpit went in. The first time I put her in the shop I used my lawn tractor to move the boat with a ball on the 3 point hitch so if I needed to I could raise or lower the tongue, but the second time I just used the truck.

Once it's in there people sure wonder how I did it, and when they watch me move it they just stare in awe. It shouldn't fit, but it slips right in.

On the trailer my C-P is too tall and with the mast atop the pulpits too long to fit inside my 25 ft x 25 ft garage. I rent a cement floor barn. $125 , also the model "A" is right along side.
