i have an 81 cp 16 and am thinking about replacing the forestay turnbuckle with a calibrated racheting type from johnson marine. can anyone tell me the correct wire size and thread size? i want a system that will fit inside my jib furler 3/4 inch I.D. my other idea would be to use wrap pins also from johnson.
