I tried the little picture insert button in the "start a new topic" screen. It allows me to go to My Pictures, but does not copy the image to my message in this system. How do I put a picture in a message or question?

I've tried, but with my minimal patience I gave up. Hope you have better luck!
When you hit the little picture icon you get a string embedded in your message that has the words "img" and "/img" inside square brackets. These in general are called "delimiters". The cursor is left in between the two delimiters. You have to put the URL of an image that is already on the web into that space.
One way to get a photo onto the web in the first place is the image gallery at http://www.com-pacowners.com/gallery2/index.php (http://www.com-pacowners.com/gallery2/index.php).
