The boat was built in 1993. We purchased it in 2018 and now wish to upgrade to something a little larger. In addition to the standard equipment, the following upgrades and features are on board:
The engine was completely overhauled in 2024 by a specialized workshop for €4,000 and is now in near-new condition. During reinstallation, the shaft bearings were also replaced. The mainsail is virtually new (2023), and the genoa is also in excellent condition. Both sails have always been protected by a sail cover. The standing rigging was replaced in 2022. The rudder and tiller were completely replaced in 2019, resulting in a true rudder with an aerodynamic profile.
The electrical system was largely renewed around 2022. The boat is equipped with a starter battery and a house battery, each with 70 Ah capacity. These are charged via a solar panel on the sliding hatch (cost: €500), which is connected to both batteries through an MPPT solar charge controller. Additionally, there is a shore power connection for both batteries.
The onboard toilet is a manual pump toilet located beneath the berth and was renewed in 2020. A compass and a combined log/speedometer and depth sounder were also newly installed. Subtle LED strips have been added inside the boat, which can glow in a cozy red for night sailing and are controlled by a remote.
Cooking is done on a spirit stove, which works very well. There is also a sink with an electric pump and a 40-liter water tank. Additionally, I installed a stern shower for a quick rinse after swimming. The cushions were reupholstered by us in 2020, and we also made matching cockpit seat cushions using the same stylish green fabric.
The trailer tires were replaced in 2018 (cost: €400). In total, we have invested approximately €8,000 in spare parts over the last 8 years. While this is not a small amount, it also serves as proof that the boat has no backlog of maintenance.
The boat is available for viewing at Wannsee in Berlin. It is currently in the water, but our club has a crane, so the underwater hull can also be inspected.

Beautiful 23!!! Best wishes on the sale -- I'm sure a new captain will be eager to become her new caretaker!
