Hi, I cannot seem to download photos, they are the right size with .jpg extension and I drag them into a classified ad I get a message saying I cannot download that type of file. Does anyone have any suggestions. I tried on the test section also with no luck.

Looking at your post in the Test Forum, the extension on your photo is .jpeg. Try .jpg, I think I recall .jpeg doesn't work.
