Since we just bought a larger sailboat, we have part with our 87' ComPac 16/II for $3800. She is in great shape given her age. In the last two years, I added a furling jib, a new mainsail, sail cover, tiller cover, tiller clutch, new running and standing rigging, revarnished the wood trim (aside of the bowsprit), new Danforth anchor with chain and rode, additional deck cleats, anchor lock, a cockpit pad eye to clip in for solo sailing, Ritchie compass and a new boat cover when on the trailer (mast up). In addition to a refurbished trailer (new led lights, winch and paint), the boat comes with original sails and internal cushions in good condition. The hull and deck could use a paint job. I bought her with a used 4hp Yamaha 2-stroke that has not been used since. A new motor gas or electric would be a good investment. She is currently in a slip and has been taken out regularly this season. She's a good little boat. Boat and trailer come with clear title. Photos available upon request.
