Title: Account Profile....Not updatable? FIXED!

Hello to the powers that be.

I have been trying to update my profile but to no avail. Keep getting a "Not Working' screen pop up.

UPDATE: I was able to update profile but still no avatar.

Just a small square one. I had one before and went to change it and now nothing.
But I did get Bruce Willis. LOL

I too, have encountered this. The file was just a reused avatar from another forum,  less than 600x600.

I've been having the same problem with an avatar for almost a year. Correct file size but this system keeps giving me the same message.

600x600 pixels is still pretty large. Early on the avatars were limited to 130x130. That's not current but it's a good ballpark, storage is an issue and you don't need more resolution. Mine is 140x140 and it loaded fine. I've seen others suggest 150x150.

Worth a shot.

With the site upgrade I now can upload an avatar. Suggest you all give it another try.
