Joan and I took the big boat out for a sail yesterday and watched the Sailpack Regatta from the water. Winds were around 15 mph and those little boats were moving good. After church today we headed waterside and sat on a park bench and watched them finish up for the year. Not as much wind today so they were moving much slower. On the way home Joanie found a bouy marker and I proposed she hold on to it lest the wind take it. I thought it would be a good great addition to this years CLR, replacing the milk jugs from past years. (none of us are getting younger or our eyesight improving) Bringing it home strapped to Joanie's back was a sisght ot see, but she's a trooper and made almost home before it caught a tree branch. Steve you best biuld up your lung capacityh because I ain't blowing it up!
I made a little video of the racing. Sorry for the shaking, I forgot my tripod.

well that's pretty cool, I watched it several times. For some reason I can't put my finger on my opinion of Carl's sailing ability has changed dramatically for the better. :o
