Title: New owner in NoVA...

Just moved to a lake community that has a length restriction for sailboats so my Mac 26X is too long... found a well cared for '89 16/3 near Baltimore and brought her home.  Reworking everything before she gets dipped the first time. New RudderCraft foil rudder arrived today. Plenty of new parts and upgrades underway.
