Really nice ideas and workmanship! What are the cleats on the sides of the cockpit for? A small table? Sleeping board?

Bob, Thanks, and yes the cleats are for center cushions. I was abled to cut and fit the new 3" dry fast foam for the cockpit over the weekend and they are now ready to upholstery. Here are a few pics.

Interested in where you sourced the foam. Also what did you use to cut the foam to get the clean cuts?

Thx.

We purchase most of our foam from foamfactory.com. Half sheets 25x86x3 run around 107 bucks including shipping if I remember correctly. Electric filet knives work great for cutting cushion foam if you don't have access to a foam cutter. I have accurate hard cushion patterns that I can transfer to paper for you if you'd like.
