Post by: H2operator on January 24, 2019, 11:41:19 AM
Does anyone have any opinions/input/ experience  regarding Johnson Bilge pumps?

They are good.  I think there was a review of bilge pumps in Practical Sailor and it didn't receive the top review because the wires aren't tinned.  The one in the bilge of my Mako has outlasted two Rule pumps, so I'll buy Johnson again.

I've also gone through too many Rule pumps. This is helpful, thanks.

I just purchased one from Jamestown Distributors with the sensor switch kit.  Hasn't arrived yet, but been through other brands so trying this one.

Thanks Tom, I've never been a fan of Rule's gear! Thanks again for the input. Lance
