Proud owner now of CP 33 hull #2, "Moonrise" (formerly "Adrianna"). Sailing on the Apostle Islands. Lots of photos on the Facebook page.

Hey Sean:
What a great sailboat.

Kept an eye on it for several months, until my heart was stolen by a PS 34 the new "Windrunner".

Smooth Sailin'
regards charlie

Hey Sean. know this thread is old but just noticed it. Congrats on the new boat! A big jump that we certainly understand. Actually gave up sailing for 20+ odd years and got back into it with another 16, then next thing ya know we had a Pacific Seacraft 31. The 16 will never be sold and she is destined to teach my grandson the art of tricking the wind into moving his boat. She gets used little now as a result of the 31 in our lives but patiently waits for her time again.  Hope you decide to keep your 16! Sent ya a pm as well.

Thanks Mas. I'm indeed the owner at the moment of two Com-Pacs, with the CP 33 on the hard at Port Superior and the 16 on a trailer in the garage.

I'd love to keep the CP 16, since it's just such a lovely little boat. But with all my time and energy going to the bigger boat, I wouldn't get to sail it much. So it's for sale at the moment and I guess it's a good thing that I can pass it on to someone else who can enjoy and bond with it.

I'm at the marina today, but probably the first idiot up here. I'd planned on getting onto the boat to do some cleanup and general work. But there's still some snow and ice on the ground (making setting up a ladder a bit precarious) and a bunch more snow blowing in today. So most of my Spring commissioning tasks will have to wait a few weeks.
