Don't despair because there are many ComPacs looking for a new home. I'd say a pilot house would be a really good choice, not that I am biased.

I have a 1992 ComPac 23 IV fresh water sailed with a trailer, autopilot, decent sails, I have been thinking about putting up for sail.  If you are interested contact me here.

I have been sailing for 80 years and I had #154 up for sale. A pilot house would be nice but it is time to go ashore.
