Is the name on the side of the boat "Charlie's" or is it something else. Kinda hard to make out....

No, not Choctaw. I used image enhancement software and it clearly says "Buy Me, Charlie, But Be Prepared for an Expensive Divorce."

"Choctaw Brave".  Lives somewhere here in Punta Gorda Isles.  I've seen it out once or twice in the last 3 years.  Looks like a good deal if it is the right boat for someone.  Not the right boat for me.  If I wanted to cruise though, the Com-pac 35 would be at the top of a short list of candidates. 

She has been on and off the market, usually during season, for the last 2 years for ~ $100K.  Nice boat by the looks of the pictures.  She appears to be well maintained.
