Title: Compac 27 on Barnagat Bay Today
Post by: AnchorJockey on September 16, 2017, 11:02:50 PM
Saw another Compac 27 today on Barnagat Bay.  Could not catch the name from our course.  Anyone here?  My boat is True Wind out of Mariners.

There was a new 27 out of Cedar Creek Marina a few years ago. Haven't been there for a while, but will be visiting in early October and will check.

There is a brand new dark hull, suncat up by me in a kettle creek, owner just bought boat and I probable scared him with my old 19.  He had young family and real nice house/slip at entrance to Cherry Quay.  Boat is on open creek side.  I told them about CPYOA, but forgot to warn them about Bob23.

Might have been me .I sail my 1991 Compac 27 Betterdays  out of Lavallette Yacht Club.  I keep my boat in the winter @ Dillons Creek where I think I have seen True Wind
