I have ordered several things from Boats.net  http://www.boats.net/parts/search/Yamaha/parts.html (http://www.boats.net/parts/search/Yamaha/parts.html) and had no issues.  Primarily ignition coils and water pump impellers for Mercury and Tohatsu outboards.  Sometimes if you're lucky you'll find common parts on Amazon.com

I don't have a Yammie, but for my Honda and little Tohatsu and Mercury, between the knowledgeable customer service by phone, the superb online parts diagrams, descriptions and low prices, I can't imagine a better vendor.  I honestly usually don't even bother looking elsewhere for outboard parts anymore.
